Dee Clarke

Now serving as Director of Procurement People, Dee Clarke has spent more than 15 years honing her skills as a recruitment consultant.

Although Dee’s experience has been earned both locally and internationally, her recruitment career had a simple beginning. While studying a Bachelor of Honours in Human Resources, Dee developed a keen interest in the efficient recruitment and on-boarding of employees , which led her to a career in recruitment. . Since then, Dee has become highly regarded for her expertise in matching candidates to their ideal opportunities.

More than anything else, she loves helping candidates reach their professional development goals, and many have endorsed her service, courtesy and genuine desire to place them in roles that further their career ambitions.
Dee has a comprehensive understanding of corporate supply chains, procurement and roles involving extensive contract negotiation and management, and is comfortable recruiting for roles at all levels of seniority.

Ryan Jackson

Ryan is a founding director of Procurement People and has enjoyed a procurement career spanning a wide variety of industries, including many years as a director of one of Australia’s leading procurement consulting firms.

For more than 15 years Ryan has been delivering services to clients in construction, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, education, health, defence and recruiting for all levels of government. His experience in every facet of the discipline has been honed into an exceptional skill at designing effective and efficient teams. Working with clients, Ryan helps identify gaps within their organisations, placing candidates based on a match of skills, experience and cultural fit.

Heath Jess

One of Procurement People’s founding directors, Heath brings with him a procurement career spanning more than 15 years.

During his time at the head of one of Australia’s leading procurement firms, Heath provided services for a wide range of industries, including government, oil and gas, construction and maintenance, transport and logistics, and general goods and services. His firsthand knowledge of procurement for a variety of businesses has made Heath an expert at working with clients to identify gaps in their teams and match them with the best candidates to fill those roles.

His long tenure in the industry has included designing some of Australia’s highest performing teams. Achieving the best results sees Heath joining our clients on the front lines, learning more about who they are and how our procurement solutions can improve their project performance and supply chains.
