Now serving as Director of Procurement People, Dee Clarke has spent more than 15 years honing her skills as a recruitment consultant.

Although Dee’s experience has been earned both locally and internationally, her recruitment career had a simple beginning. While studying a Bachelor of Honours in Human Resources, Dee developed a keen interest in the efficient recruitment and on-boarding of employees, which led her to a career in recruitment. Since then, Dee has become highly regarded for her expertise in matching candidates to their ideal opportunities.

More than anything else, she loves helping candidates reach their professional development goals, and many have endorsed her service, courtesy and genuine desire to place them in roles that further their career ambitions.

Dee has a comprehensive understanding of corporate supply chains, procurement and roles involving extensive contract negotiation and management, and is comfortable recruiting for roles at all levels of seniority.
